Clients can rely on SGG’s EPR Practice to serve as Environmental Compliance Manager for a project to manage environmental regulatory matters such as environmental compliance evaluations, planning, permitting, and adhering to the documentation requirements of environmental laws and regulations.

In that role, SGG would also, with appropriate authorization of the client, secure the necessary additional resources of consultants, technical experts, and legal counsel.

Our EPR Practice is capable of advising companies in various industries – oil and gas, petrochemicals, infrastructure, and transportation among others. We can assist with local, state and federal regulations.

With billions of dollars expected in natural gas and petrochemical investments, the southeast region of the U.S. is expected to experience incredible economic development as business opportunities and investments will multiply bringing numerous companies to the region.

Among this group of companies will also be international companies which are either entering the U.S. for the first time or entering the region/state for the first time.

These companies will need to understand local and state environmental regulatory issues and laws and SGG is primed to assist them. Environmental regulatory, policy and legal risk can unnecessarily jeopardize large capital projects which are why clients should enlist industry-leading environmental policy and regulatory expertise through SGG.
