The goal of Sultan Global Group’s (SGG’s) Global Strategic Initiatives (GSI) Practice is to provide international affairs and business advice to assist with trans-regional international investments and projects.

As investors increasingly look across borders to develop projects, they need to address various aspects of the investment – the select geography, the right financing, the ideal project develops, a comprehensive supply chain, the right security, and personnel among other items.

On the other hand, these investors and businesspersons can arrive at greenfield projects and new business opportunities if they are connected to extensive, multi-regional networks and expertise.

With both greenfield and existing developments, familiarity with local conditions around the investment such as the political situation, regulatory environment, culture, and social and security conditions is a must to build the project.

However, knowledge about other geopolitical drivers and conditions such as bilateral relations between nations, transregional initiatives and, multilateral players is required as well.

The investor needs a business advisory firm which, based on multi-regional expertise and networks, can comfortably support existing plans around a project as well as suggesting greenfield projects. SGG is that advisory firm.

SGG’s location in Houston is critical for the city as it is a global hub, which is the stand-alone 23rd -largest economy, allowing it to serve as a center of trans-regional business investment and trade.

In addition to its critical location in Houston, SGG can lean on a global network of investors, advisors, business partners, government officials, and private sector leaders across the U.S, Asia, Latin America, Africa, and the Middle East.
